On Sunday 13th and Monday 14th October you won’t be able to speak to a counsellor overnight online or on the phone while we make some important improvements to our service.
You won’t be able to join the queue for a counsellor after 11:30pm each night, but you’ll still be able to send us a message and get support on our website.
