1-2-1 Chat Queue
At the moment unfortunately some people are dropping out of the 1-2-1 chat queue. We're really sorry about that and we are trying to fix this as soon as we can. If you do drop out of the queue please re-join the queue. You can also still speak to Childline by sending a message or calling us on 0800 1111.
On Wednesday 16th October, from 2am-7:15am you won’t be able to speak to a counsellor online or on the phone while we make some important improvements to our service.
You’ll still be able to send us a message and get support on our website.
