Mental health

Mental health is about how you feel every day, not just when something goes wrong. Looking out for yourself every day can help you feel your best and be more prepared for life's challenges.

What is mental health?

Mental health is how we speak about what's going on in our heads, and how it makes us feel. This can be good, or not so good.

Your mental health can be affected by all sorts of stuff - like how well you sleep, or not getting enough time to yourself. But there are things that you can take control of to feel in charge of your life.
