To get involved, you must be:
- Aged 13 – 16
- Willing to be a member of the Young People’s Board for Change for 2 years
- Have permission to join from your parent and carer, and to share your details with the NSPCC
- Be able to attend meetings online and in person (when it’s safe to because of COVID-19 )
- Eager to share your views, find out what other people think and do what you can to make an impact on other young people’s lives
Contacting the board is different to speaking to a Childline counsellor. If you’re worried about talking to them, you can contact the NSPCC Participation Team at participationteam@NSPCC.org.uk to ask more about how they work and their confidentiality.
