Think about what it is that makes you feel anxious when you don’t have your phone. Is it practical stuff, like making payments and checking your journey home? Or fear of missing out on friends’ plans and posts?

If it’s mostly about FOMO, try to slowly increase the time you spend without your phone. It’ll feel uncomfortable at first, but it will get easier. With a bit of practice, you won’t feel that anxious itch when you realise your phone isn’t in your pocket.
