It’s great that you’re sometimes fine without your phone. That’s not a given for lots of people.
If you want to get even more comfortable without your phone, try slowly increasing the amount of time you spend without it. It will get easier with practice, and you won’t feel that anxious itch when you realise your phone isn’t in your pocket.
