Bounce back from bullying

You answered: Always

Lemur using a phoneBullying is never ok, no matter where it's happening. Being bullied online can feel like there's no escape, and that things will never get better. But you're not alone, and there are things you can do to help it stop.

Make a report on the site, app or game where you're being bullied. Try not to reply to nasty messages as this can make things worse, instead take screenshots so that you've got a record of what's been happening. Showing these to an adult you trust can help them to see what's happening and support you.

It can be tempting to check what's happening on a site constantly when people are bullying you, but giving yourself a break can make a big difference in how you feel. Try setting yourself a task to do something you enjoy instead of checking your messages.
