Tell us what you think about calling Childline

The survey is anonymous, and we won’t know who you are or whether you’ve got a Childline account.

The information you share within the survey will be used to help us improve Childline. Your answers will be confidential, but we might need to say or do something if:

• you ask us to
• we believe your life or someone else's life is in danger
• you're being hurt by someone in a position of trust who is able to hurt other children like a teacher, religious leader, sports coach, police officer or doctor
• you tell us that you're seriously hurting another person
• you tell us about another child who's being hurt and is not able to tell someone or understand what is happening to them
• we're told we have to by law, for example for a court case.

If you need support or want to speak to someone about anything that’s on your mind, you can contact a Childline counsellor on the phone or online.

You can share any of your thoughts, feelings and hopes for Childline on the message boards.

The message boards are completely anonymous, and you can use your Childline account to post there any time. You can reply about the topic being asked or share any feedback you like.

After we’ve collected everyone’s responses, we’ll look at what everyone has told us to help us improve the message you hear when you call Childline.
