Access to and use of this site is provided by the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) subject to the following:
Terms and Conditions:
- Your use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which take effect on the date of your first use of the site.
- The NSPCC reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.
- The NSPCC doesn't accept liability for any damages, including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profits, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use or loss of use of this site so far as permissible by law.
- The NSPCC doesn't warrant that the functions contained in the material included in this site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy or reliability of the materials.

Using the Childline website:
- Accessing the Childline website is free if you're connected to wifi. This includes 1-2-1 counsellor chat, message boards and videos.
- You can visit our website without using data or credit if you're an O2 customer, but this excludes watching videos.
- For all other networks, accessing our website and watching videos will use your mobile data or credit. So it's always a good idea to use wifi if you're not sure.
