The Internet Watch Foundation can only remove videos and images of people who are under 18. But there are other ways to get support:
- contact the website where it's been posted to have it removed
- speak to the Revenge porn helpline to find out your options
- you can speak to a Childline counsellor any time for support if you're 18
- if you're under 25, you can get support any time from The Mix.
