From Monday 5th July, you’ll be able to contact us 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. That means you’ll be able to call for free on 0800 1111, have a 1-2-1 chat or send a message from your Childline account any time.
We know that chats not being available overnight was difficult for lots of you, but we’re glad that we’re going to be able to keep supporting you in the future. If you’ve got a question about contacting us, you can ask a Childline counsellor or post on the message boards any time.
When you contact us at night, we might not be able to talk to you for as long as during the day. But we can help you to think about ways to cope right now or how you can get support.
