I think I've been used or something, a few months ago I was using a teen chat website and met this boy, he seemed really cool so I added him on snap. The same day I added him he asked for nudes. I was kind of in a bad state so I listened. He used to unadd me multiple times and I had to add him back because "I wasn't seeming interested" but now I've come to realise it's because I wasn't sending pics. I told him my mental health was bad at the time but he used me. I felt like no one wanted me or to talk to me so i loved any attention I want.
Haven't spoke to him in a few weeks. I just stopped all contact. A shame because he did seem nice but they all act that way.

Hi there,
You deserve to feel respected and cared for in any relationship. Whether it’s online or in person, nobody should make you feel like you need to send nudes or do things for them to like you.
When we’re feeling low or isolated, it’s natural to want someone to help you feel better about things. It can feel like a lot of pressure when someone is making you feel good and you don’t want to lose them. It can help to remember that you didn’t do anything wrong. Blocking you, saying you don’t care, or trying to blame you for not sharing a nude is a kind of manipulation.
It takes lots of people time to recognise what’s happening, and even then it can be hard to know what to do. If you’re ever feeling uncomfortable with something that’s happened or you’re not sure, it can help to check it out. You could try taking our relationship check-up, or even talking to a Childline counsellor about it.
If you’ve ever shared a nude and you’re not sure what’s happened with it, you can use Report Remove. This lets you confidentially report it to the IWF, who will work to take it down if it’s posted publicly and stop it being uploaded in the future.
It can take time to start feeling differently after something like this has happened. Remember, someone else being unhealthy in a relationship wasn’t your fault. Talking about what happened can help, and it can show that you’re not alone.
Take care,
Sam
