Bounce back from bullying

You answered: Never

ParrotIt can feel really scary telling someone what's been going on. You might think it won't help, or you might feel scared about what will happen next.

But talking to someone you trust can help you see things differently. And they might have ideas on how to cope you haven't thought of, or who else can help.

You deserve to have the bullying stopped.

It can help to:

  • prepare - work out what you'd like to say
  • practice it - write it down, say it in front of the mirror, or with a Childline counsellor
  • think about what happens next - if you decide to tell someone, either in person or by giving them a note - prepare for what might happen next, how you'll feel after telling them and anything you might want to know.
