No one has the right to make you feel worried or upset. It can really help to let out how you feel. You could talk to someone you trust, like a friend, teacher or someone at home. Or if you don't feel able to, you could express your feelings in others ways.
Try drawing or writing about how you feel on the Art box or on your phone. You could draw a happy memory or a place that makes you feel safe. You might find it helpful to look at this another time. Remember, however you're feeling - you're not alone.
