It can feel like there’s no escape from bullying. But you don’t have to cope with this alone. No one has the right to make you feel upset or worried like this.
When things get too much, try slowly breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. Focus on relaxing different muscles in your body, starting from your toes right up to your head.
If this doesn’t work for you, try doing something to distract yourself. You could do some exercise, shout into a pillow or listen to music.
