Hi there,
School work can feel really hard sometimes, and its natural to feel frustrated or worried if you dont understand what you have been asked to do.
Its important to be able to ask for help when you need it. If you dont feel able to ask the class teacher, you could talk to another teacher or a support worker. If not, maybe a parent or carer could contact school for you.
If youre unhappy with the way a teacher is behaving or treating members of your class, its important to make sure the head teacher knows about it. You could start by telling someone at home. It might be helpful to look at the asking an adult for help page on our website.
Its ok to write a letter to me about anything thats on your mind, although it could be important to remember that I can only reply to a few letters each week.
You can talk to a ChildLine counsellor at any time, they are always there to listen and support you.
Take care,
Sam

You can ask me about anything you want, there's nothing too big or small. I read every single letter but I can only answer a few each week. My replies are published here on my page.
