Thanks for your letter telling me how things are for you at home. I am really pleased that you decided to share this with me and that you're trying to get some support.
You explained that you feel sad about your mum and dad arguing. You also said that your sister is frightened and comes to your room. It is good to see that you are being so caring and supportive towards your sister. It's also important to remember that you also need support.
It can be very worrying and upsetting hearing people that you love arguing night after night and wondering what is going to happen. This can leave you feeling lonely. Im wondering if you have been able to explain to your mum or dad how their behaviour is affecting you and your sister. You dont mention how you normally get along with your mum and dad but sometimes people who look after us are not aware of how the way they behave can affect us.
It might be that you dont feel able to talk to them about it because you are unsure how they will react, or if they will listen. Some people find it easier to write it all down in a letter for their parents to read. Perhaps this is something you could think of doing. You could talk to your sister about it and include her thoughts and feelings within your letter, if she isnt able to write things down for herself.
