i am a 16 year old and had sent nudes to an ex of mine and his 15 year old cousin has went on his phone and stole my nudes off there and she is sending them to people i know and i do not know what to do because im afraid of reporting it and dont want to be bullied even more for telling anyone

No one has the right to share or spread nudes or sexual images of you, it’s against the law and it’s not your fault. Whatever’s happening, there’s support to help you.
If a nude of you is posted online and you’re under 18, you can get help to have it taken down. You can report any nude images or videos to Report Remove. You won’t need to share your name or other details, but the IWF (Internet Watch Foundation) will make sure they’re taken down anywhere they’re posted. Reporting them will stop them being posted in the future as well.
Nobody has the right to bully you for what’s happened. It’s natural to be worried about what other people will think if you tell an adult, but it’s important to think about how hard it can be dealing with things alone. Talking about what’s happened and getting support can help the bullying to stop.
It can be good to think about who you feel safe or comfortable talking to. It could be someone at school or college, or maybe someone at home. If you’re worried about who to talk to, remember that you can always speak to us.
Having an adult to support you can help make it easier to make sure people with the images delete them. Taking the images of you and sharing them with other people is a crime, and they can also help to think about whether you want to report that.
