Hey Sam, as said in the title, i dont know what to do and how to feel about this. My dad is cool. I love him. Im pretty sure he loves me to. Theres just one issue. He hits me. Mabey not now but one of my earliest memories is him hitting me. He hit me a month or so ago and the next day, he acted like it never happened. I love him but sometimes I wish he wasnt my dad or that he was different. My mum knows he did this and did tell him not to do it but nothing else. He never hit me hard enough to leave a mark and when I say I'll tell someone, he says "So you want them to take my away?" and I dont tell anyone. Can you please help me?

Remember, you don’t need to have bruises or injuries for it to be abuse, and you deserve support no matter how often it happens.
