how do I know if i am being bullied some bullies bullied me in high school.
Hi there,
Bullying can happen to anyone, it might include being called names or getting teased, spreading rumours, hurting you on purpose, or saying nasty things online. There are lots of things that could be bullying, if you think it’s happening to you then it’s important to get support.
Whether someone is being bullied also has to do with whether you’re being hurt or impacted by what someone is doing. If you feel scared, anxious, or depressed because of someone's behaviour towards you, it could also be a sign that you are being bullied.
If you’re struggling to say whether what’s happening is bullying or not, then it can help to get other people’s opinions. Lots of young people post about being bullied on the message boards, and seeing what other people say might help you to feel more confident.
Being bullied can have a big effect on you, and it’s not your fault if it happens. If you’re being bullied, then it’s important to talk to someone you trust. This could be someone at school, home, or possibly a Childline counsellor. Talking about what’s happening can help you stop the bullying.
Take care,
Sam

You can ask me about anything you want, there's nothing too big or small. I read every single letter but I can only answer a few each week. My replies are published here on my page.
