Hi there,
Getting help for yourself doesn’t always feel easy. Lots of people find it easier helping others, but you always deserve support.
Nobody has the right to bully you. There’s no amount of bullying that’s okay, and asking for help is the best way to stop what’s been happening. You could talk to someone at school, at home, or even to Childline. We’ve got loads of advice to help you start a conversation.
There are things you can do if you’re not feeling comfortable. To start, try pretending that what is happening to you is actually being done to a friend. Imagine a friend sent you a message saying they’re being bullied and write down what advice you’d give back.
Remind yourself that working with adults in your life to end bullying doesn’t change who you are. Letting other people support you can take a lot of strength, remember that people often do want to help you.
Sometimes it might feel safer keeping things to yourself, but this isn’t true. Letting other people in is the best way to keep in control and feel better in the future.
Take care,
Sam

You can ask me about anything you want, there's nothing too big or small. I read every single letter but I can only answer a few each week. My replies are published here on my page.
