For Me: the Childline app

Yes. Your account will still be available on the website. And you’ll be able to access all of your notifications, Art box images, messages with Childline and your mood journal.

You won’t be able to use your PIN to log in anymore, so you’ll need your username and password.

You won't be able to log into the app after the 1st December, 2021. But you can still use your Childline account on the website.

We want to make sure that Childline is accessible to everyone, whatever their device. The app has been a great way for iOS users to access Childline, but we’ve not been able to make updates to it in the same way we have on the website.

To make sure that everyone can use all of Childline’s new features and pages, we’ve decided to close the app for now and to focus on making sure that the website works great for everyone, whether they’re on mobile, tablet or desktop.
