it's a shame you've seen this stuff at such a young age, the main thing is for you to know its wrong and to make every effort to not look at it again. it's bad stuff that has many negative consequences, no matter what other people say, it's bad. but that doesn't make you bad of course, we all make mistakes, what matters now is how to respond. you can already see how intrusive it can be. the longer you go without seeing it, the less the thoughts will come. the most important thing is not too give in and look at it again, because then the thoughts will just continue to come.
we're all still young here, so much to see learn and do, we don't need bad stuff like that in our lives.
you can get through it though, many people here will have been through the same thing. hope this helps a bit.
