lately I have been struggling with feeling detached and lacking motivation. Mainly feeling detached though. its particularly bad at the moment especially as mock exams are coming up.
i feel foggy and distant from myself and have no clue what’s really going on and why. extra pressure from yr 13 doesn’t help either.
I’m also fairly worried as I have never really experienced such detachment before and it is freaking me out...
it’s a lot to deal with but I am trying to take it day by day and keep going - which is fairly hard to do when all you want to do is sleep forever :/
