    im going back to school on Tuesday and i have been experiencing panic attacks regularly. im most worried about having one in school and embarrassing myself. i feel nauseous all day and get headaches due to stress. i cant sleep thinking of school and going back to year 9. is there anything anyone knows about how to provent panic attacks before they happen or help with anxiety or just anything to help?
