Crazy I'm skimming over a lot but here goes
About a year to a year and a half ago I used what's app a lot at night without telling ppl there were 4 of us this was when we were at primary were now all at secondary and all can't get to sleep 2 have resorted back to using there phones.
So I need some tips the 2 of us who avoid our phones before bed now still struggle to sleep I often do 2-3 days on maybe 4 hours of sleep. Also naps are included I sleep mostly then. At the mo I have more time to nap and can't even fall asleep then.
