this has been bugging me for ages but i've never had the courage to bring it up !!

i was around 5 but it stopped when i was 7-9 but i was abused by my cousin who was about 7 years older than me, therefore he wasn't an adult. does it still count as sexual abuse? i haven't really reported anything to the police, as my father won't let me, but i'm just wondering if he would face any sentence? his 20th birthday was 1 or 2 days ago, meaning he is currently an adult. it's been many years since these incidents occurred over a course of years. i'm really curious to whether or not the police would do anything - especially since it's been so many years since it happened
