Thank you for writing to me, I can hear you are feeling a bit stuck at the moment in how to talk to your parents about how you really feel.
It can be really difficult to talk about your true feelings with the people that you are close to, finding the right words and the right time can be hard, but it sounds like this is something that you would like to do even though you are worried about their reaction to what you have to say.
You have asked me to help you with a way to tell your parents, it can be difficult for me to do that as I would not want to tell you to do something that would not be right for you, what I can do is give you a couple of options that I have suggested to other young people, one way to tell someone how you are feeling about something by writing a letter with everything in, you can either give it directly to them or you could leave it somewhere for them to find maybe in their bedroom.
Another is to get your parents together try and arrange something for you all to do like watching a film or all cooking a meal together and then explain that you would like to talk to them about how you are feeling, its important to remember to let them know you are scared about how they might react so they will understand this is difficult for you.
