I can hear how worried you are and it doesnt say in your message if you have seen your GP, nurse or a midwife. It is really important that you do go to see your doctor as soon as possible to find out about your options, it can also be a chance to check your that you're having a healthy pregnancy.
It might be worth reading the Pregnancy page in Explore for more advice about what to do next and how you could tell people you are pregnant. Id also recommend contacting Brook - they are a confidential service where you could talk to someone about the pregnancy, what options are available to you and possible support in your area.
You dont mention what your relationship is like with your mum or your boyfriend or the reasons that you havent felt ready to tell them yet - but I want to let you know that you deserve all the support you need for whatever choices you decide to make.
I am not sure if you have thought about what you would like to happen next and finding out your pregnant can be a lot to take in. It can be scary to think about what is happening or you might feel like you want to try to ignore it, but eventually people will notice. It can be really helpful to think about how you would like things to be and what support is around you.
