Hi there,
Thank you for writing to me.
Bullying is always wrong and never the fault of the person who is experiencing bullying. Nobody has the right to make you feel bad or blame you for things that you haven't done.
Feeling like you are being unfairly treated can be very frustrating. The behaviour department, like other adults at your school, have a duty to look after you and to support you to achieve in your education.
It's good that a teacher at your school agrees with you about what's been happening. I want to encourage you to talk to this teacher more about what's going on for you. You may also want to tell this teacher about your feelings of wanting to leave school. So that you can have an idea of what would be the best options for you. Talking to an adult you trust can help you to feel better supported and help you find ways to improve your experiences.
You could look at your schools antibullying policy to see if there is anything in it that is helpful. It can help to know what your school has promised to do if bullying happens.
Bullying can happen to anyone at any age and can take place at many different places such as, at school, home or online. Being bullied can cause someone to think very negative things about their personality or the way they look or act.
It's really important to remember that everyone is unique and that makes everyone special and worth caring about.
ChildLine counsellors are always here to support you and you are welcome to get in touch anytime to talk about this and how it's making you feel.
Hope some of this helps.
Take care,
Sam

You can ask me about anything you want, there's nothing too big or small. I read every single letter but I can only answer a few each week. My replies are published here on my page.
