Hi there,
Thanks for your message.
It sounds like you've done the right thing by deleting and blocking this person. Saving what they sent as evidence was also the right thing to do. The best way to report this would be through CEOP - this is a site that lets young people report anything that is inappropriate to a specialist part of the police. They also have a website about how to keep safe online called Think U Know. Both sites are there to help and support you.
Staying safe online is really important. You wouldnt talk to strangers and give them information about yourself - this is the same when you're using the internet. It might be worth having a look at your security settings on Twitter so that only people that you know can add or follow you. You can enable Protect my Tweets to hide them from the public (this also makes you less easy to find). You could also de-select the options to allow people to find you through your email address and phone number. You might find it useful to check out our social networking page.
In your message it doesnt say if you have any support for what is going on. If youve seen something upsetting, it could be worth talking to an adult you trust about how youre feeling. It's important to get the support you need for what's going on.
If you wanted to talk more then you can always speak to a counsellor at ChildLine on a 1-2-1 chat or by phoning for free on 0800 1111. The counsellors are there for you and would like to support you.
Take care,
Sam

You can ask me about anything you want, there's nothing too big or small. I read every single letter but I can only answer a few each week. My replies are published here on my page.
