On Wednesday 19 February and Thursday 20 February, between 3am and 7:30am, 1-2-1 chats won’t be available while we do some important maintenance to our systems.
While 1-2-1 chats are unavailable you can still speak to a counsellor by calling 0800 1111, using the message boards or sending an email from your locker. If you’re in danger or it’s an emergency, you should always call 999.
