Plan B podcast
London hip-hop artist Lowkey hosts interviews with two young people from completely different backgrounds who have experienced violence in their lives - both have the same message 'Don't hide it'.
First up is 18-year-old Nicola who grew up in a home with domestic violence. We also hear from South London hip hop artist Plan B who talks openly and honestly about how his troubled past has shaped him as an artist.

Exclusive Lowkey track
Up and coming British hip-hop artist Lowkey has written an exclusive track called Don't Hide It, in support of the NSPCC's Don't Hide It campaign which urges children and young people to speak out about violence and abuse.
Known in the hip-hop community for his hard-hitting rhymes, the 20-year old rapper has in the past tackled modern day child slavery and global violence in his songs.
