Sending ChildLine an email

Your personal inbox is how you send emails to ChildLine and where the messages we send back to you are kept. You can email ChildLine about anything - no problem is too big or too small. It works in a similar way to a normal email service, but you can only use it to send emails to ChildLine and you don’t get your own email address.

We will reply to you as soon as we can, usually this is within 24 hours but at busy times it may take longer.

If you need to speak to a counsellor more quickly, please try calling us free on 0800 1111.

Write a message  to a ChildLine counsellor.
