Sex and health

Image showing sex and health Sex can seem really scary and complicated. Thinking about it, hearing about and actually doing it are all important issues. It's OK to be confused or nervous about sex – that's fine.

You need to be aware that there are medical and legal issues about sex too - it's important to be safe and not to break the law.

But the most important thing to remember is that no-one has the right to make you do anything sexual you don't want to do. So if you’ve got a problem or you're worried about sex, then we can help.
