Eczema is not pleasant to live with, but my mum has it bad and what usually helps her is this treatment she gets from the doctor. I cant remeber the exact name of it but it sounds a bit like Oilem or something along the lines. Sudocream may work and ive also heard that manuka honey being rubbed on the effected area may also help. Sorry if the information isnt the best. Take care xx

hi have you been to the doctor about this? because i did and he gave me some steroid cream which really helps i know its hard but try not to itch! try to distract yourself as i found that helped me. Also maybe sak your friends to tell you to stop scratching when they see you doing it

    Heyya x

I have eczema too, i've had it for most of my life. my doctor prescribed me Fucibet ointment. It's a really oily lotion that really clears it up x I had eczema on the backs of my elbows and the fronts, and on the backs on my knees. I had really dry skin so i used various lotions and special shower scrub and bath oils to make my skin more moisturised x it really helps xx hope this advice helps u
