Every time I try and go in the locker my computer freezes and I have to turn off my whole computer and start again. This means I can't use anything in the locker- it's so annoying!!! is it my computer or the website that's causing this?? What can i do to stop it happening??

    Hi Al

Your computer shouldn't be freezing all the time. When your computer freezes up, one of the major causes are corrupt files. These are generally from PDF files. Even though the files may seem safe you never know. My computer got a virus from a recipe page on my school website. My school website shouldn't have viruses on it. You could maybe take your copmuter to someone who knows what they are talking about because you never know, your computer might have a virus. If you haven't already you should really consider downloading a security thing on your computer as there is a high chance your computer has a virus.

    Hope this helps

    Hi Al,

I’m sorry you’ve been having problems getting into your locker. FrogglyBoggly has given you some really good advice that you could try. I will also let the website team know in case it’s a problem with the site.

Let me know if it keeps happening. It would also be good to know if it's only the ChildLine locker that you're having problems with and if other parts of the site are ok.

    Thanks

    Hi Al,

Your welcome I just thought if that doesn't help I don't know what does! I'm glad your computer doesn't freeze anymore. I'm also very glad I helped. So if you ever have problems again just try installing an anti-virus.
