Have I got a social disorder?

im sorry i keeps sending posts on mental health im just worried about what is wrong with me

i think i have something like social disorder, throughout this week my self confidence has been dropping drasticly due to me feeling hated because of the amount of people being nasty to JUST ME. now whenever someone looks at me i think they are judging me or when someone whispers i think its about me. there are a large group of people who pray on my decaying confidence the worst and if im standing near them and they look at me or walk past or near me i have to walk away.

i do this thing where i have imaginary argument with them in my head to pln out what they might say in an argument and what i could say back. Can someone tell me what this is or is it just me being stupid?

I get this too, but i really do not think they are actually talking about you. May i ask what they would be saying, if they were?

    Thank-you.

I think you might have anxiety, although this may be due to past experiences of them ACTUALLY saying things about you, but it doesnt mean they are necessarily saying anything now.

What you need to remember is, either they're not saying anything & its all in your head, & if they are actually saying things, just think "if they feel the need to make other people feel bad about themselves, they must have some insecurities of their own"

So be sympathetic towards them, dont take it personally at all.

& I know what you mean by playing arguments in your head. I do this all the time. Sometimes I do have arguments with people  & I get annoyed afterwards and say to myself "Dammit, why could I have thought of that earlier?"
