    Too shy

    Hi my names teresa

well you see I'm terrified of talking to people. I've heard them saying stuff about me behind my back like I'm fat and shy. Thing is I skip meals and I'm one of the smallest girls in the class but one day I had to were a skirt and I have big legs. If anyone comes up to me in class I talk so quietly  I can't even hear myself. I'm scared of what other people might say about me and they always stare at me. I can barley talk to anyone

    any advice?

    Teresa xx

    Hi,

I am quite shy as well! I think that if you realise that you are shy yourself then try to change. Forget what the other girls think of you, if they aren't  you friends then don't worry about what they think (this is slightly easier said than done).

Go up to people and try to make some friends who like you for being quiet and shy. You will have to come out of your comfort zone and thats fine. If you need help, then you could contact someone at ChildLine.

    Good luck, hope this helps!

try not to care what people think of you and be proud of your uniquess! remember people have no right to judge others.

maybe try going to clubs outside of school so that way you won't know anyone that will judge you from what other people from ur school have been saying.
also try speaking to a close friend, parents, teachers etc. about this.

focus on what you want to achieve with confidence and determination. setting small goals are a really good way to achieve one big goal.

skiping meals isn't healthy, best thing is to do is to eat a balanced diet and eating enough food that you are going to use for energy.

    Hi

i used to be so shy and had no confidence then I got my school report it said:

" Megan needs to come out of her shell and have confidence "

Then I found out I was a great singer and entered the talent show 5 people said that I was a rubbish singer and I didn't care

now I'm not shy and will never be again
