    The public?

Hi, I am quite curious to know --- can the general public view these message boards? Like anyone on the Internet? Or do you have to be logged in? Because, some stuff is personal to people and may only want the children and members  of childline to see, you know?

    thanks :)

    Hey,

Anyone can view these boards. Before I logged in today, I looked at the boards and I could see them. I think that Childline should make it only available to members.

ANYONE who looks at the CL website can see what we post here. I think it helps new users see what we use CL for, but I don't like that ANYONE can see what we type, I think something should be done so that it's safer for us to use.

    Hi everyone,

I will pass on all your views to the website team. There seem to be pro's and con's to having public and private message boards.

Remember that nobody can ever identify who you are because you can't give out any personal information. It is also totally up to you how much information you tell people on the boards. If you are worried, you could also change your nickname to something that doesn't identify anything about you.

Keep your thoughts coming though as it’s all useful stuff.

    Take care

    Charlie-Host

Is the text size too large or too small?
You can change your text settings through your browser options:

In Internet Explorer, go to View > Text size and select your desired text size setting (eg, larger, smaller).

In Firefox, go to View > Text size and increase/decrease using Ctrl and + or -

If you have a scroll wheel on your mouse, you can hold down Ctrl and scroll back or forth to increase or decrease the font size in both IE and Firefox.

Changing your computer screen settings
