Lately at school i have been over stressed with amount of work and effort i put into school. I have so many things to do it seems i have no time for myself.
Though out the week i have the stress of exams, School work, Homework, Clubs (After school), Practicing for a Drama performance, Shakespeare peformance etc. and its just way to much to cope with. It also does not help if i don't do well as i get more stressed over time. With all the clubs i do i have no time to do homework after school so i leave it for the weekend.
With all of this i get angry and take it out on others at home however this has got better over time. I just don't know what to do. Do you have ideas how to put the stress level down?
