It sounds as though you are struggling with lots of stuff at the moment which is leaving you feeling stressed and angry. I am wondering what is happening at home for you right now to make you feel so angry? When we feel like this it does make it difficult to talk to people. I am really glad you found the courage to contact me.
Sometimes it can be really useful to find someone that you feel a little bit more comfortable talking to such as teacher that you get on with. Tell them how you are feeling. They may be able to help and support you work out a plan for revision that could help with your exam studies.
I wonder if you have had a chance to check out our advice about exams? On there you might find some really useful information on the Explore section and how to beat exam stress. Check out too the ChildLine message boards for some tips from other young people who are experiencing similar difficulties.
You can also call ChildLine on 0800 1111 to talk to a counsellor about the way you are feeling.
