Hi there
It sounds like you are feeling worried about your upcoming exams and it seems like there are two things that are making you feel stressed; preparing for your exams and how you are going to feel during the exam.
Lots of young people feel stressed and nervous when they have exams coming up and it is common for that to feel overwhelming. You said you have 6 weeks to prepare and some young people find it helps to make a revision timetable and map out when and what they will revise, this can help to break down what you need to do and make it more manageable.
It is common to feel nervous and under pressure during exams and it can feel like it is hard to concentrate on what you are doing. Some young people try to calm themselves by using relaxation techniques, such as trying to steady their breathing to an even pace or imagining a place in their mind that they feel relaxed and calm. Perhaps it would help for you to think of a place where you feel calm and what that looks like.
It also good to remember that your teachers at school are there to support you and perhaps you could tell a teacher you trust about how stressed you are feeling. They may be able to give you some advice about how to cope with your exams and the feelings you are having. Perhaps you could ask your friends and classmates about how they are preparing and cope during exams.
You might also find it useful to look at the Beat exam stress page in the Explore section. The page has information and advice about exams and exam stress and will also lead you to the message boards where other young people have posted messages about this topic.
Another site you might find useful is BBC Bitsize which has tips on revision and preparing for exams.
You can also come and talk to one of the counsellors at ChildLine about how you feeling, you can contact them anytime.
