Hi there worried

I think you need to be talking to your teacher in school. This is always a good starting point to let them know that you are not coping very well with the homework. Teachers are usually quite supportive that's what they are there for !

I am wondering also whether there is any other reason that you maybe getting stressed about homework? Are things ok at home and within school itself ?

Worries can affect how we deal with such issues such as homework that's why it is important to talk to your teacher, parents and/or whoever is responsible for you.

Have a look at schools/colleges on the ChildLine message board, there are lots of posts there about school and homework that you may find helpful.

Also you may want to check out www.homeworkelephant.co.uk  or www.bbc.co.uk/schools . Both of these webs offer support and advice in coping with homework

Good luck

Sam
