Hi there
Thanks for getting in touch with me about the way things are for you at the moment. I think it’s great that you’ve been able to write to me even though you’re feeling like everything is such an effort at the moment, I think you’ve been really strong to do that.
It sounds from what you’ve said as though life is pretty exhausting for you at the moment. It seems as though perhaps you might be feeling low and drained, which I’m guessing can’t be very much fun.
You’ve asked what’s wrong with you. I'm not medically trained, so I can’t give you an answer to that question, as there could be a few different things that might be making you feel so flat. I wonder how you might feel about talking to your GP or the school nurse about the way you’re feeling? I think that these people will be able to give you a better idea than we can about what might be causing you to feel this way, and what you could do to find some enthusiasm for life again.
You can also contact a ChildLine counsellor to talk over how you’re feeling, either by calling on freephone 0800 1111 or coming through for an online 1-2-1 online chat. The counsellors aren't medically trained, so won’t be able to give you any medical advice, but they can listen to you, support you, and help you explore the options that you have to make life a bit brighter.
Take care,
Sam
