Hi
You sound very disappointed about your Biology GCSE after all the work you put in to revising. It is frustrating for you to find the topics you knew about so well didn’t come up in the exam. Those questions that you didn't include in your revision made you stressed and that made things worse for you when you ran out of time.
It can be really difficult to get motivated again when you feel down about this. But you should be able to have self confidence that you can do it.
Now time has passed since your Biology exam I am wondering how you are feeling about working for your other exams?
Perhaps you could put less pressure on yourself to do well, and see what happens. The expectations you had of yourself the last time seem to have made the disappointment for you greater.
Think about talking to your teacher and let them know about your expereinces and ask how you can overcome these feelings of not being motivated.
