It sounds like things have been difficult for you with moving school and dealing with things at home.
I’m wondering what things you have tried in getting to know new people at school?
It might help to find an after school activity or club you are interested in and join it. This may be in or outside school and would give you a chance to meet friends with the same interests as you.
You say you didn’t run away because you thought your sister might need you. It sounds like you care about her a lot.
Are you able to talk to her about how you feel? She may open up too about how she is feeling.
It’s important to find safe ways of expressing your feelings as they are definitely better out than in.
How would it feel to write down your feelings for your parents and ask them for some one to one time with either of them?
