As you have mentioned in your letter, you are 12 years old and I wonder if you are feeling under pressure by your friend to have sex with him? You have a right to be protected from this and to feel safe. It is against the law for anyone under the age of 16 (whether agreeing/consenting to this or not), to have heterosexual or homosexual sex.
