Family rules unfair 

My mum and dad are treating me unfairly. They are makinf rules and them braking them them selevs it is so un fair. Please may you help

You’re right it’s not fair of your mum and dad to make rules and then break them themselves.

Did your mum and dad talk about the rules and how they could work? There might be some things that your parents need to set rules about, such as keeping you safe most of the time.

I think it works better if everyone agrees on what the rules should be. Have you been able to tell your mum and dad how they are making you feel?

If you think it would be easier, could you talk to another adult who might be able to understand and talk to your mum and dad for you?

If not have a look at the ChildLine message boards and start a thread or post a message to see what other ChildLine users think? I hope this helps
