I have two nieces one six and one three. My brother separated from their mother a couple of years ago. He has went to court and the judge states that he is allowed visitation, and he sees them every weekend but their mother will not let him see them. He calls the police and they say that they cannot do anything. He has been to the social and they are not doing anything. She continously sends him abusive texts.
The elder niece trusts me and confides in me all the time. She always tells me things like, her mum takes her and her little sister out in the middle of night to go and get gas in their PJs and that her mum keeps her up at night to watch NCIS and she doesn't like it because it scares her but her mum will not let her go to her room. Her mum does not let the girls play or socialize with other children. She threatens them and I think she hits them because they always have cuts and bruises on them.
I am really scared for their safety. When I was younger I was abused by my sister and it is still scarring me to this day so I have an idea of what they are going through. I really want them out of their situation but it seems no one is taking them away from their wicked mother. What do I do???
